APPRENTICESHIPS & TRAINING

Australian Apprenticeships

The term Australian Apprenticeships now refers to all apprenticeships and traineeships. What's new is that they are more flexible in their duration and in the training options provided. They offer new opportunities in more industries with additional support services and more flexible training.

Benefits to employers

  • Flexibility
The Australian Apprenticeships System recognises that no two businesses are the same, and that is why Australian Apprenticeships have been designed to be flexible.

  • Accredited training
New Apprentices are trained in the latest systems and technologies. They bring these skills back into your business and help to keep you up to date with your industry. At the same time, they provide nationally recognised training developed by industry for industry.

  • Financial incentives
Australian Apprenticeships offer a range of financial incentives to employers that can reduce the cost of employing staff.

The real boost to business is well-trained, productive and motivated staff.
